Services & fees

Everything we do, and roughly what it costs.

No mystery invoices. Standard work is quoted as a fixed fee before we begin, so you know the number before you say yes.

Fixed fees, agreed up front. Most of the work below has a set price. We confirm it in writing before any drafting starts.

Anything unusual is quoted by the hour with an estimated ceiling — and we'll warn you before we ever approach it.

The first conversation is free. We'd rather spend twenty unpaid minutes than start the wrong piece of work.

01

Wills & estate planning

A clear, properly witnessed will that reflects what you actually want — plus optional guidance for the executor you name. We can also prepare living wills and advance directives.

  • Single will
  • Mirror wills
  • Living will
  • Executor briefing
From$220
Two appointments: one to talk it through, one to sign and witness.
02

Property transfers & conveyancing

Handling the paperwork when a property changes hands — a sale, a purchase, or a transfer between family members. Title is checked before any money moves, and you'll know what each document does.

  • Sale
  • Purchase
  • Family transfer
  • Title search
From$650
Timeline varies with the transaction; we set expectations at the outset.
03

Powers of attorney

Durable and limited powers of attorney drafted for a real situation — managing affairs during travel, illness, or as part of long-term planning — rather than a generic template you'd have to second-guess.

  • Durable
  • Limited / specific
  • Healthcare
  • Revocation
From$180
Usually one appointment once we've agreed the scope.
04

Notarial certification

Witnessing signatures, certifying that a copy is a true copy, and notarizing documents intended for use in another country. Bring the original and valid photo identification.

  • Signature witnessing
  • Certified true copies
  • Documents for abroad
Per document$45
Same-day in most cases, by appointment.
05

Affidavits & statutory declarations

Sworn statements and statutory declarations drafted and administered correctly the first time — the kind that don't get rejected by the office you're submitting them to.

  • Affidavit drafting
  • Statutory declaration
  • Oath administered
From$90
Often same-day when the facts are straightforward.
06

Document review

A careful read of a contract or agreement before you sign it, with written notes flagging anything worth a second thought. We tell you what we'd push back on — without the upsell.

  • Contract review
  • Plain-language notes
  • Flagged clauses
From$130
Typically 2–3 days depending on length.

A small caveat

Fees shown are starting points, not the whole story.

Every matter is a little different, and we'd rather quote you a real number than a tempting one. After the first free conversation, you'll get the exact fee in writing — with no obligation to proceed.

We don't take on litigation, courtroom representation, or specialist tax work, and we'll point you somewhere appropriate if that's what you need.

How a matter usually runs

The process
1

We talk

A free first conversation to understand what you need and whether we're the right practice for it.

2

You get a quote

A fixed fee and a realistic timeline, in writing, before any work begins.

3

We draft

We prepare your documents, then walk you through them so nothing is a surprise.

4

You sign

Witnessed, certified, and properly filed — with copies for your records.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the situation in a sentence or two and we'll tell you which service fits — or whether you need one at all.
